All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges, if any, are also inclusive of taxes.
You agree to bear any and all applicable taxes, cesses, or levies charged thereon.

XVIII. Customer's Acknowledgement

You agree that the goods are purchased by you for personal consumption and not for resale.

XIX. Cancellation of Fraudulent / Loss to Business Orders

We regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. sakes.in reserves the right to cancel all past, pending, and future orders without liability if suspicious activity is detected. A user may be considered fraudulent in scenarios including:

(a) Failure to produce adequate documents during payment verification; (b) Misuse of another user's phone or email; (c) Use of invalid email or phone number; (d) Overuse of a voucher code; (e) Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used; (f) Returning the wrong product; (g) Refusing to pay for an order; (h) Being involved in snatch-and-run for any order.

Accounts of users falling in the fraudulent or loss-to-business category may be blocked, and sakes.in may initiate legal action at its sole discretion.

XX. Customer-Initiated Order Amendments

You may amend your order before it has been processed in our warehouse. To request an amendment or cancellation:

Contact our Customer Service team directly.
Full order cancellation is allowed only if no Product line has been processed in our warehouse.
Line cancellation is allowed only if the specific order line has not been processed.
If the cancellation is successful, a refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.

XXI. sakes.in Initiated Cancellation

In the event that Products required to fulfil an order are unavailable (e.g., found to be damaged or untraceable at the warehouse), sakes.in reserves the right to cancel the order. Our Customer Service team will communicate the reason for such cancellation and initiate a refund as per our Refund Policy.

XXII. Title and Risk

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon sakes.in's shipment to the shipping carrier. However, responsibility for arranging the shipment lies with sakes.in.

XXIII. Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship all orders within 2–5 working days. Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the items ordered.
Orders are delivered through reputed courier partners in fully sealed packages.
We will make a maximum of three delivery attempts. If you are unreachable or refuse delivery across all three attempts, sakes.in reserves the right to cancel the order.
Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, acts of God (flood, earthquake, etc.), or other unforeseen circumstances. We will proactively notify you in such cases.
Shipping charges (inclusive of tax), if applicable, will be communicated at the time of placing the order.
For international shipments, additional shipping charges may apply based on the delivery address.
We will not be able to compensate for any inconvenience caused by delays in delivery.

XXIV. No Compensation Policy

No compensation will be provided beyond the applicable return, refund, or exchange of the product. Customers cannot claim compensation for variation in product appearance, delivery delays, consequential damages, missed discount opportunities, issues with delivery partners, expired vouchers, or item unavailability. Unreasonable or unlawful compensation requests will be treated as loss-to-business cases, and sakes.in reserves the right to cancel orders and block such accounts without prior notice.

sakes.in may suspend or terminate your use of the Website if it believes you have breached any of these Terms.
Upon termination, sakes.in may delete any content or materials relating to your use of the Service without any liability to you or any third party.
You shall remain liable to pay for any Service or Product already ordered up to the time of termination.

Users are solely responsible for all content or material they upload or post on the Website. sakes.in does not review, verify, endorse, or vouch for any such content. If you come across any abuse or violation of these Terms, please report it to our Grievance Cell at support@sakes.in.

XXXIV. Returns and Exchange Policy

Customers can return or exchange their order within 10 days of delivery.
All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, log in to your sakes.in account, go to the 'Orders' section, select your order, choose the Return/Exchange option, select the product, pick a reason, and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email.
Once your request is processed, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Please pack items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
You may also courier the product(s) to our address (listed above) after receiving approval from our service team.
Once we receive the product and complete our internal quality check, the refund will be credited as a Gift Card or to your original payment method. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
For defective products, please send images to support@sakes.in — defective products need not be sent back unless confirmed by the Customer Care team.
