At sakes.in, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below carefully before initiating a request.

Please Note: Refund/Exchange is not applicable on BOGO Sale product purchases.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You can initiate a Return or Exchange request within 10 days from the date of delivery.


2. Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A Logistics Fee of ₹100 will be deducted per return request to cover reverse shipping and handling costs.
  • COD orders are refunded as Store Credits, which can be used directly at checkout on sakes.in.
  • Prepaid order refunds will be credited back to the original payment method after deducting the ₹100 Logistics Fee.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or product changes within 10 days, subject to stock availability.
  • A Logistics Fee of ₹100 will apply per exchange request to cover pickup and reshipping charges.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned product passes our quality inspection.

4. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, it will be exchanged or refunded in full with no deductions.

5. Quality Inspection

  • Returned items must pass a quality check to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Items that are used, washed, damaged, or missing original tags or packaging will be sent back to the customer, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
  • Innerwear and boxers are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Return/Exchange Portal on the website to submit your request.
  2. Or email support@sakes.in with your Order Number and request details.
  3. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.
  4. Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable. If pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
  5. Your refund or exchange will be processed after the product passes inspection.

7. Pickup & Shipping Terms

  • Reverse pickup is arranged for eligible pincodes.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you will be required to self-ship the item(s) to our address.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return it after delivery under this Return Policy.
